Refund Policy

This policy covers what you pay for Oneshotted Pro and Team: when you get money back, how to ask for it, and how long it takes. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Who you are paying

Payments go to Codesaz Company for General Trading LTD., which runs Oneshotted. The company is incorporated in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, under registration number 40550 (2021). Stripe processes the payments. We never see or store your card details.

2. Subscriptions

  • First 14 days. If you decide within 14 days of your first payment that Oneshotted isn't for you, we refund that payment in full. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.
  • After 14 days. You can cancel any time in Manage billing on your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund part of a period.
  • Renewals. If a renewal charges you after you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it.

3. Always refunded in full

Whatever the rest of this policy says, including section 6, you get your money back if:

  • you were charged twice for the same thing;
  • you were charged for something you didn't buy;
  • Oneshotted was unavailable for most of the period you paid for.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and tell us roughly when you paid. We reply within two business days.

5. How the money comes back

Refunds go back through Stripe to the card you paid with. We can't send them anywhere else. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are made in US dollars. If your bank converts the currency, the amount you receive may differ slightly.

6. Not refundable

  • A period you've already used, outside the cases above.
  • Accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

7. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong, please write to us first. It's faster than a bank dispute and we'd rather fix it. If you raise a chargeback without contacting us, we may suspend the account while the bank works through it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top changes when we do. The version that applies to a payment is the one published on the day you paid.
