Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Oneshotted (oneshotted.io), the Oneshotted MCP server and the Oneshotted skill. Oneshotted is run by Codesaz Company for General Trading LTD. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18. If you use Oneshotted for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms on its behalf.

2. What Oneshotted is

Oneshotted is a library of motion graphics made by AI coding agents, and the prompts behind them. You can browse the library on the website. Your coding agents can search it through the MCP server or the skill and use the pieces as references for their own work.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password and your API keys secret. Anything done with your keys counts as done by you.
  • Email us right away if you think someone else is using your account or keys. Revoke a leaked key on your dashboard.
  • Each account is for one person or, on Team, one organisation.

4. Plans and limits

Free, Pro and Team each come with the limits shown on the pricing page and the MCP page. When you reach a limit, calls stop until it resets; there are no overage charges. We may change the limits of the Free plan at any time. We change paid limits only with notice.

5. Payments

  • Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance monthly or yearly through Stripe in US dollars.
  • They renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Manage billing on your dashboard; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your account goes back to Free until the payment goes through.
  • We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy the library or its prompts in bulk, scrape the website, or get around rate limits. That includes using many accounts or keys, or rotating network addresses;
  • resell or redistribute the prompts or the library, or offer access to it as a service of your own;
  • share an account or its keys outside the plan, or sell access to them;
  • break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or upload harmful code;
  • try to get into systems or accounts that aren't yours, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If you were on a paid plan, we won't refund the current period, except as our Refund Policy says.

7. Creators' work and prompts

The videos in the library belong to their creators. We show them with credit and a link to the original post. The prompts belong to the people who wrote them. You may use them as references for your own work, and we ask that you credit the creator when a piece shapes something you publish.

If you are a creator and want a piece removed or corrected, message us on Telegram or email us, and we'll act quickly.

8. What you submit

You keep ownership of the videos, prompts and other content you submit. By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive licence to show it in the library and to make it available through the MCP server and the skill. You confirm you have the right to share it.

9. Our property

The Oneshotted name, logo, website, software and the rebuilt prompts and descriptions we write belong to us. Creators' content belongs to them. You may not copy our site or software without permission.

10. Third-party services

Oneshotted works with services such as Stripe, Google and the AI apps you connect. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for what they do.

11. Disclaimers

Oneshotted is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We don't promise that a prompt will reproduce a piece exactly, or that output made with it is fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows:

  • we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses;
  • our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using Oneshotted and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, such as those on ownership and liability.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq as applied in the Kurdistan Region. If there is a dispute, we'll try to settle it in good faith first. If we can't, it goes to the competent courts there.

15. Changes

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. We'll announce significant changes on the site. If you keep using Oneshotted after a change, you accept the new terms.
